NJ Army National Guard offers these benefits for employees seeking graduate study options that complement the essential functions of their current job, provide advancement opportunities, and/or are part of an individual development plan in connection with your recruiter. Company policies for approval in participation in the educational reimbursement program vary by program and status within the NJ National Guard, so it is important to talk to your contact or our Military Services Office before enrolling or applying to programs. Rowan University's Programs

Rowan's Graduate Business Programs
Rowan offers a variety of Graduate Business Programs which allow students to choose academic pathways based on career goals and employer, workplace, and industry needs:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Master of Science in Finance (MSF)
- Certificate of Graduate Studies (COGS)
The MBA offers the option to pursue up to two areas of concentration, and the COGS program aligns with these specialty content areas, allowing students to gain expertise in: Accounting, Cannabis Commercialization, Data Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Finance, HR Management, Management, Organizational Leadership, Sustainable Business, Management Information Systems (MIS), Supply Chain and Logistical Systems.
With flexible formats, including fully online or evening classes at our commuter-friendly Glassboro campus, you can tailor selections to fit your needs and preferences.

Rowan offers a variety of undergraduate programs which allow students to choose academic pathways based on career goals and employer, workplace, and industry needs.
A bachelor's degree includes the choice of a major, with an option to pursue a specialty minor in some cases. Some options for majors and minors, though not exhaustive, include a pursuit of content knowledge in: Arts, Business, Engineering, Science & Health, Education, Communication, Environment and Humanities & Social Science.

Application Process for NJ Army National Guard Applicants

Work with your local representative and your manager to be sure you are approved for your graduate business program of interest. We suggest you also clarify your approval for tuition benefits since these may affect your start date if not handled properly.

Join an Information Session to learn more about program options. Rowan hosts several custom virtual Information Sessions for NJ Army National Guard employees throughout the year (RSVP to the session at *insert date and time* EST), and you're also welcome to join our standard Information Sessions.

Begin a Rowan Global application for the graduate business program of your choice.

Reach out to the Rohrer Graduate Business Studies Office to kick off your Streamlined Employee Application Process.

Submit requests to GraduateBusinessStudies@rowan.edu. Be sure to include your name, professional title, local NJ Army National Guard branch information and HR representative name.

We will first confirm with the NJ Army National Guard that you have been approved for the tuition benefits at this time, and then we will work with Admissions to waive the application fee and LORS.

Fellowships and Scholarships
The MBA and MSF Fellowship Program is designed for full-time professionals seeking to pursue the Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Science in Finance (MSF) programs. Fellowship applications are accepted from new applicants each semester (see the Fellowship Eligibility Requirements section below for details). Rohrer MBA and MSF Fellows actively participate in initiatives that further shape the Rowan culture in which students thrive through academic experiences and shared community connections.
Military Education Information
Rowan ROTC
Our active on-campus Reserve Officer’s Training Corps (ROTC) for the Airforce, Army, and Navy offers mentorships in learning how to become effective leaders, critical thinkers, and moral citizens in preparation for a military career. Participants can continue on to active or reserve duty with the National Guard or Army after graduation. Students successfully completing the program are commissioned as second lieutenants in the Army.
Military Services
Welcome to the Military Services Office at Rowan University. Our office at Rowan University is the liaison with the Regional Processing Office in Buffalo, New York. We assist veterans and dependents of veterans with their education benefits. We also provide programming and resources for the campus community.
