Jennifer Maden, MA, MBA

Assistant Dean and Director of Graduate Business Studies

Jennifer Maden leads the graduate business programs at Rowan University’s Rohrer College of Business, overseeing the MBA, MS Finance, and Certificate offerings. She guides enrollment strategy, program development, and student services to deliver flexible, high-quality experiences that prepare graduates to excel in today’s dynamic business environment.

Jennifer has championed initiatives that strengthen connections between graduate education and industry, including the creation of the MBA Advisory Council, the Simply Dynamic Podcast, and the RCB Fellowship Program, which provides scholarship funding and mentorship to high-achieving students committed to professional and social impact. Her collaborative, data-informed approach has contributed to significant enrollment growth and enhanced career outcomes for RCB graduates.

She holds an MBA from Drexel University and an MA in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from West Chester University. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys gardening, exploring nature, and engaging in community development as the founding chair of the Paulsboro Historic Preservation Commission.

 

Trisha Munyon

Trisha Campanaro, MEM, Doctoral Candidate

Special Projects Coordinator

Trisha provides support to students, does back-end work to maximize graduate business programs operations, and helps to ensure a smooth and rewarding program experience given each individual’s career and academic goals. Her research, problem-solving, and operational management skills help develop initiatives that enhance the student experience, such as delivering information sessions, content management for the website, and building industry connections.

Prior to joining the Rohrer College of Business, Trisha completed several internships at engineering companies including American Water as a General Engineering Intern, International Paper as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern and at Graphics Packaging International a Health, Safety and Environment/Continuous Improvement Intern. She is also part of professional engineering organizations including ASME, ASCE, PMI, Engineers Without Borders and Women in Engineering. 

Trisha earned her BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Engineering Management from Rowan University and is actively pursuing a PhD in Engineering Systems from The Pennsylvania State University. Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, Trisha enjoys running 5Ks, cheering on all Philadelphia sports teams, and staying active in the National FFA Organization (formerly Future Farmers of America) through floral design and agricultural science fair activities.

 

Jim Beury, MBA

Program and Student Services Advisor

Jim Beury brings over a decade of experience supporting Rowan University students across a range of programs and departments. In his current role, Jim provides academic advising to MBA, MS Finance, and Certificate students, as well as pre-advising to prospective students exploring graduate business programs. His commitment to student success is evident in his ability to help individuals navigate their academic journeys with confidence and clarity, aligning their studies with professional goals.

Before joining the graduate business programs team, Jim held positions in the Office of Advising and Student Information Services (OASIS), the Registrar’s Office, and other areas of Rowan University. This background has given him a deep understanding of institutional systems and processes, which he draws upon to enhance student services and streamline operations. Jim’s approachable style, problem-solving mindset, and dedication to continuous improvement ensure that students receive responsive, personalized support throughout their experience.

Jim earned his BS in Financial Management from the University of North Carolina and holds an MBA with a concentration in Management from Rowan University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, biking, and camping.

 

Eleni Liacopulos, MEd

Assistant Director, Graduate Admissions

Eleni Liacopulos has been a dedicated member of the Rowan University community for nearly a decade, serving in a variety of roles that span student recruitment, student engagement, and enrollment management. As Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions, Eleni supports prospective students throughout every stage of the application process, helping them navigate admissions requirements, evaluate their options, and feel confident as they take the next steps in their academic journey. 

Prior to joining Graduate Admissions, Eleni gained valuable experience working in Athletics, Campus Recreation, and the Student Center. These roles provided her with a well-rounded understanding of the student experience and a deep knowledge of Rowan University’s programs, resources, and campus culture. Eleni is grateful to call Rowan her professional home and is deeply passionate about the University’s mission and unwavering commitment to student success. 

Eleni earned her BS in Sport and Recreation Management with a minor in Business from James Madison University and holds an MA in Higher Education Administration from Rowan University. She is currently pursuing an EdD in Educational Leadership at Rowan University, further strengthening her dedication to higher education and student development. 

Outside of work, Eleni enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, playing sports, cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles, and getting lost in a good book.  

 

Jennifer Emrick, MPW

Content Creator and Editor

Jennifer Emrick is a writer and editor with over a decade of experience developing clear, engaging, and accessible content to support learning and literacy. As Content Creator and Editor for the Rohrer College of Business, she designs, refines, and maintains a wide range of resources that help prospective and current students connect with program offerings, navigate their options, and feel confident in their next steps. From web pages and onboarding guides to promotional materials and social media campaigns, her work ensures that the information students rely on is accurate, welcoming, and easy to understand.

In addition to her role at Rowan, Jennifer continues her professional work creating educational materials and providing editorial expertise for national publishers and organizations. Her background includes developing curriculum, assessments, reading comprehension passages, and study guides across disciplines and grade levels, for both print and online learning platforms. She is passionate about communicating complex ideas in ways that are approachable and meaningful, an approach that continues to shape her contributions to the graduate business programs.

Jennifer earned her Master of Professional Writing degree from the University of Southern California and holds a BA in English Literature and Journalism from Rutgers University and a Single Subject English teaching credential from the Charter College of Education, Cal State Los Angeles. Outside of work, she is an avid reader who enjoys writing poetry, short stories, and SFF novels, exploring the outdoors, and attending live music events.

 

Carmen Castillo

Special Projects Coordinator, Graduate Business Programs

Carmen Castillo serves as a Special Projects Coordinator for Graduate Business Programs at the Rohrer College of Business, where she supports student engagement, program coordination, and the internal operations that enable graduate programs to function smoothly and effectively.
 
Prior to joining the Graduate Business Programs team, Carmen held an administrative position within the Rohrer College of Business, where she supported cross-departmental operations, faculty and staff processes, event coordination, and fiscal and administrative workflows. In this role, she developed deep institutional knowledge of Rowan University systems, policies, and operational practices, as well as a strong foundation for implementing the behind-the-scenes work that is essential to delivering high-quality academic and student experiences.
 
Carmen brings more than 15 years' experience across higher education and business environments, with strengths in organization, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. She is known for her ability to navigate complex administrative processes with care and precision while, supporting colleagues and students with professionalism and empathy, and for maintaining a calm, solutions-oriented approach in fast-paced settings.
 
She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Rutgers University–Camden, with an expected graduation in May 2026.
