Add a Finance Concentration to any Rowan MBA option, pursue the specialized 30-credit MS in Finance, combine the MBA and MS Finance through approved shared coursework, or earn a graduate Finance certificate. Current Rowan Finance undergraduates can also begin MS Finance coursework through the BS/MS Finance ADD/4+1 pathway.Across these routes, graduate Finance study can include capital allocation, valuation, financial analysis, investments, financial markets, risk, quantitative methods and modeling, financial planning, and financial decision-making. MBA with a Finance Concentration
Use a 9-credit Finance Concentration to bring advanced Finance coursework into Rowan’s 30-credit MBA, 36-credit MBA, or 36-credit STEM MBA. Select coursework in areas including financial statement analysis, investments, portfolio management, corporate finance, quantitative methods and modeling, fixed income, risk management, financial institutions, international finance, and financial planning.
Master of Science in Finance
Complete a 30-credit specialized master’s degree built around ten required graduate Finance courses. The curriculum spans quantitative methods, financial statement analysis, financial decision-making, investments and portfolio management, multinational finance, derivatives and risk, fixed income, financial modeling, advanced financial planning, and financial institutions.Explore the MS in Finance
MBA/MS Finance Accelerated Pathway
Pursue the MBA and MS in Finance through coordinated academic planning and approved shared coursework. The pathway can be built with Rowan’s 36-credit MBA or 36-credit STEM MBA.Completed separately, the two degrees require 66 credits. Eligible students may apply up to 15 approved credits toward both degrees, reducing the combined pathway to 51 credits while completing the requirements of both degrees.

Complete a 9-credit Finance COGS from an approved graduate Finance course bank spanning capital allocation, valuation, investments, markets, risk, modeling, financial planning, and financial statement analysis.The credential can stand alone. Students considering a later MBA or MS in Finance can also select certificate coursework with the destination degree in mind so completed courses support current degree requirements where applicable.

Finance Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study
Already hold a master’s degree? Complete a 9-credit Finance CAGS using approved coursework in capital budgeting, investment analysis, derivatives and financial risk, and selected Finance topics. For Current Rowan Finance Undergraduates
BS/MS Finance ADD/4+1
Begin MS Finance coursework while completing the Rowan BS in Finance. Eligible students complete 12 approved graduate Finance credits that apply toward both degrees.
Completed separately, the BS in Finance and MS in Finance require 150 credits. The shared-credit structure reduces the combined pathway to 138 credits, leaving 18 MS Finance credits after transition to graduate status.
