Application Requirements by Program
MBA Application Requirements
The following is a list of items required to begin the application process for the MBA program. There may be additional action or materials required for admission to the program. Upon receipt of the materials below a representative from the Rowan Global Admissions Processing Office will contact you with confirmation or indicating any missing items.
- Completed Rowan Global Application Form
- $65 (U.S.) non-refundable application fee
- Bachelor's degree (or its equivalent) from an accredited institution of higher learning
- Official transcripts from all colleges attended (regardless of the number of credits earned)
- Current professional resume
- Typewritten statement of professional objectives
- Provide reasons for pursuing the program. Describe how you might use this program to advance your career (educational goals beyond the master's level, if applicable, are also relevant).
- Two letters of recommendation
- Letters of recommendation should be from professional administrators and include information, which attests to the applicant's ability to pursue a graduate degree
- Minimum undergraduate cumulative GPA of 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale)
- GMAT (or GRE) is optional. Candidates with strong academic records, relevant professional experience, and/or that hold specific business-related credentials are automatically waived from the GMAT (or GRE); learn more about the GRE/GMAT waiver criteria. Candidates that do not meet the waiver criteria may want to submit a GMAT (minimum score of 450) or GRE test result to strengthen their application.
- Foundation Courses (Eligible applicants must have successfully completed the following undergraduate foundation courses at an accredited institution with a minimum grade of "C". *Foundation courses FC-6 and FC-7 must be completed at a 4-year institution to fulfill foundation course requirements.):
- FC-1. Calculus Techniques & Applications
- FC-2. Statistics I
- FC-3. Foundations of Accounting OR Principles of Accounting I and II
- FC-4. Principles of Econ: A Survey OR Microeconomics & Macroeconomics
- FC-5. Principles of Marketing

MS Finance Application Requirements
The following is a list of items required to begin the application process for the MS Finance program. There may be additional action or materials required for admission to the program. Upon receipt of the materials below a representative from the Rowan Global Admissions Processing Office will contact you with confirmation or indicating any missing items.
- Completed Rowan Global Application Form
- $65 (U.S.) non-refundable application fee
- Application fee is waived for candidates that achieve a total score of 600 or greater on the GMAT (or equivalent score on the GRE)
- Bachelor's degree (or its equivalent) from an accredited institution of higher learning
- Official transcripts from all colleges attended (regardless of the number of credits earned)
- Current professional resume
- Typewritten statement of professional objectives
- Provide reasons for pursuing the program. Describe how you might use this program to advance your career (educational goals beyond the master's level, if applicable, are also relevant).

The following is a list of items required to begin the application process for all COGS programs, including the COGS in Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Leading Innovative Organizations, Technology and Innovation, Corporate Entrepreneurship and Management Information Systems (MIS). Upon receipt of the materials below a representative from the Rowan Global Admissions Processing Office will contact you with confirmation or indicating any missing items.
- Completed Application Form
- $65 (U.S.) non-refundable application fee
- Bachelor's degree (or its equivalent) from an accredited institution of higher learning
- Official transcripts from all colleges attended (regardless of number of credits earned)
- Current professional resume
- Typewritten statement of professional objectives

Start Dates & Application Deadlines
The chart below details available entry terms for the MBA, MS Finance and COGS programs as well as corresponding application deadlines. Submitting the Application Form is only the first step to beginning the admission process. All of the required materials listed above must be received on or before the application completion deadline for your desired entry term to be considered for admission to that term. We encourage you to complete the application form and begin submitting your materials at least one month before the deadline indicated.
Entry dates and application deadlines are as follows:
- Application deadline for MBA, COGS and CAGS programs
- Summer entry (May): April 1st
- Fall entry (September): July 1st
- Spring entry (January): November 1st
- Application deadline for MS Finance program
- Fall entry (September): July 1st
- Spring entry (January): November 1st

Our alumni are prepared to assume managerial and leadership positions in the commercial, not-for-profit, and government agencies.
