Brian Eachus, Rowan MBA 2015
Real Estate Broker | ERA Young Realty
Brian Eachus specializes in all facets of the Real Estate business in southern NJ, with a particular focus on the Glassboro and Pitman markets. Brian’s team serves clients with a wide range of needs: corporate investors seeking new acquisitions or management of properties, first time and seasoned residential home buyers, and those seeking rental options for commercial and/or residential uses. Brian shifted gears to join the family business in real estate after exploring career opportunities in marketing, IT, and event management. Over the last decade, he has grown ERA Young Realty to be a premier agency in the region surrounding his alma mater, Rowan University. His keys to success include valuing relationships with a long-term focus, keen negotiation skills where win-win-win scenarios are the goal, and leveraging his business acumen in determining risk and return tradeoffs to help his clients secure the best deals. Brian resides in Mantua with his wife and former classmate, Nafisa. They met in the Rowan MBA program and both concentrated in MIS! Snowboarding, kayaking, and traveling to national parks are favorite pastimes, with most recent trips including Sequoia and Yosemite. Brian earned his MBA at Rowan, and his BS in Marketing from the University of Vermont.
Sandra Gubbine, Rowan MBA 2007

Sandy is an energetic and innovative healthcare leader who embraces change as an opportunity to improve processes and efficiency of resources. She is also a Rowan MBA Alumnus and has earned credentials of CPA, FHFMA, DBA. Additionally, Sandy is giving back using her knowledge to be a part of the MBA-AC, MBA Advisory Committee here at the Rohrer College of Business. Sandy leads several interdepartmental committees to improve Revenue Cycle through clinical, financial and technology relationships. Sandy oversees approximately 200 staff in Patient Access, Patient Accounting, Medical Audits, Charge Description Master and Financial Counseling. She provides leadership and direction to the revenue cycle, ensuring ongoing success in revenue recognition, data collection, revenue stabilization and growth. Sandy is keenly focused on ongoing, measurable improvements with positive impact.
Brian Hanrahan, Rowan MBA 2001

Brian Hanrahan brings more than 25+ years of account and relationship management experience in a variety of areas within the insurance and consulting areas for Health & Benefits and Property & Casualty Insurance. Brian's current role is Vice President for Aon Risk Solutions located in Tampa, Florida. He is responsible for overseeing and influencing the growth of Aon's Health & Benefits and Risk-related business. He also acts as a conduit to all of Aon’s consulting and insurance practices across the country as well as the other operating companies within Aon. Prior to joining Aon, Brian was a Senior Associate for Mercer and the FL Healthcare Practice Leader at Marsh in Tampa. Before relocating to Tampa in 2007, he worked in NJ and PA with one of the largest insurance carriers and one of the largest privately held agencies, specializing in commercial insurance. Brian earned his Bachelor's degree in Law & Justice at Glassboro State College. He also earned a Master's degree at Rowan, specializing in Management and is an Advisory Board Member for the Rohrer College of Business. He is actively involved in the Tampa Chapter of Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), a founder of 10ACIOUS Tampa & Sarasota, Leadership Tampa Alumni Cabinet (LT14), Steering Committee for the Board of Fellows - University of Tampa, West Central Florida Healthcare Human Resources Association (WCFHHRA), Financial Executives International (FEI) Committee Member, the Goodwill Suncoast Ambassadors Program, HR Tampa & SuncoastHR Board Member (SHRM), the Jesuit Dads' Club, After School All Stars Board Member, SeaGrapes Committee for the Florida Aquarium, and was an Assistant Scout Master for Troop 475 - Boys Scouts of America in Palm Harbor and a Leader for Pack 487, Safety Harbor.

Axe & Arrow Brewery
At Axe & Arrow, Krystle oversees finance, marketing and compliance—breweries are a highly regulated industry!—and helps to manage the brewhouse. In her quest to launch their campus-adjacent brewery, Krystle determined and managed startup costs and quickly navigated developing a brand, acquiring and setting up equipment, creating financial forecasts, meeting legal requirements, and exploring recipe conception through to production, brewing, and bottling. Now, as a well-established go-to destination on Rowan Boulevard, Axe & Arrow is focused on excellence in products, customer experience, and serving as a valued community member on Rowan Boulevard. Krystle spent over a decade as an accountant: mergers and acquisitions, bank reporting and covenant management, board reporting, leading the implementation of a new ERP system, always focused on improving operations for cost savings through accounting strategies and techniques. She attended Gloucester County College where she earned her AS in Business Administration and Management. She then attended Rowan University to complete her BS in Accounting and her MBA with a Concentration in Accounting.

Robert Rudloff joined MGM Resorts in his current capacity in 2003. Based in Las Vegas, Bob is responsible for compliance, financial, operational, SOX, construction, technology, and other audits at MGM Resorts and its owned and operated resorts. Bob also has responsibility for auditing MGM Resorts’ controlled REIT, MGM Growth Properties. Bob has been an internal auditor in the gaming and hospitality industry for over 40 years, including five years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was Director of Internal Audit Services serving clients operating land-based, riverboat, tribal, and cruise ship gaming operations, as well as hotels and food and beverage services. Previously he was Director of Internal Audit for Trump Casinos and Resorts in Atlantic City. Bob is a certified internal auditor, a certified fraud examiner, and holds a certification in risk management assurance. He also holds degrees in art and accounting from Castleton University (Vermont) and an MBA from Rowan University. Bob served the Institute of Internal Auditors as a volunteer at the local and international levels for over thirty years. In 2015, he was inducted into the IIA’s American Hall of Distinguished Audit Practitioners. He also served as an Adjunct Instructor at Atlantic Cape Community College and Stockton University and at the University of Nevada – Las Vegas. Bob currently serves on the audit committee for the International Association of Gaming Advisors. He is a frequent speaker on a variety of internal auditing and fraud investigation topics. In 2011, Bob was ordained a Deacon in the Roman Catholic Church and serves in the Diocese of Las Vegas.
Jim Stoeckel, Rowan MBA 2010

Jim Stoeckel is an innovative technology professional, focused on discovering and solving impactful problems using AI. Currently, Jim leads a team focused on cultivating relationships, developing new business, and enhancing strategic partnerships. Jim has previously held roles in solutions delivery, focusing on delivering multi-million-dollar large-scale enterprise deployments for many of the largest Fortune 100 customers, managing the relationship and the delivery team responsible for its success. As a certified product manager, Jim has also led initiatives to launch new products and offers, from building the business case to supporting the marketing launch. Jim earned his BS in MIS at Rowan, and earned his MBA fully online at Rowan as well—and he credits the remote learning in his MBA as a contributor to his strengths in working in fully remote environments.
Tanika Wilson, Rowan MBA 2005

A 2005 Rowan University MBA graduate, Tanika Wilson has 25 years of progressive health and benefit industry experience. She is a strategic, award-winning leader with a record of contributing to significant growth in revenue and profitability for multiple health and benefit industry leaders. She is recognized for spearheading new product development, process improvement, cost control, and performance optimization. In her current role at Anthem, Inc., she leads enterprise and central region teams consisting of implementation, benefit design and coding, membership, process development and training. Prior to moving into operations, Tanika served as a Senior Account Executive for Northeast National Accounts where she managed a complex portfolio of clients including several Fortune 500 clients. The key to Tanika’s success is her belief in creating internal and external partnerships based on her brand value of relationships cultivated on trust. This foundation is key to her not only being a consultative partner but also an advocate for her clients, mentees, associates or any passion project she encounters. Tanika is giving back using her knowledge to be a part of the MBA-AC, MBA Advisory Committee here at the Rohrer College of Business. Saving the best for last, Tanika is a wife of 16 years and mother to two daughters ages 11 and 14. She enjoys traveling with her family and friends, photography and laughter.
