Explore Graduate Business Programs and Pathways
RCB offers graduate business options for different levels of specialization, professional interests, academic backgrounds, and stages of study. Start with the overview below, then compare the full portfolio for current program structure, delivery options, curriculum, and planning information.Master of Business Administration
Choose the 36-credit or 30-credit MBA option. Both include the same 18-credit MBA Core and at least one Concentration, with different room for breadth and specialization.
STEM Master of Business Administration
Explore a separate 36-credit MBA designed for sustained quantitative, analytical, and technology-enabled business study. The STEM MBA requires at least 18 credits of STEM-designated coursework.
Master of Science in Finance
Develop advanced capabilities in financial analysis, investments, financial modeling, risk management, and related areas through a focused graduate curriculum.
Master of Science in Organizational Leadership
Build advanced knowledge in leadership, organizational development, communication, and the management of people and change.
Graduate Certificate Programs
Explore Certificates of Graduate Study (COGS) and Certificates of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS) for focused graduate study in specific areas of business. Graduate certificates may stand alone or support later graduate study, subject to the admission and curriculum requirements of the selected degree.
Accelerated Pathways
RCB offers Bachelor’s-to-Master’s Accelerated Dual Degree (ADD/4+1) options and graduate or professional shared-credit pathways for eligible students.
Compare Rowan MBA Programs and Options
Rowan’s MBA portfolio includes the 36-credit MBA option, the 30-credit MBA option, and the separate 36-credit STEM MBA.
The 36-credit and 30-credit MBA options share the same 18-credit MBA Core and require at least one Concentration. The 36-credit option provides additional room for breadth and specialization, while the 30-credit option offers a focused structure. The STEM MBA combines broad business study with sustained STEM-designated coursework.
Choose based on what you want to build into the degree, not simply how many credits it requires.
