MBA options combine broad graduate business and management study with different approaches to specialization and elective study, including a distinct STEM MBA degree with STEM-designated coursework.
Specialized master’s degrees provide focused graduate study in Finance or Organizational Leadership.
Graduate certificates provide concentrated graduate study in defined business areas through Certificates of Graduate Study (COGS) and Certificates of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS).
Accelerated pathways connect Graduate Business study with eligible undergraduate, graduate, or professional programs.
MBA Options
Rowan’s MBA program offers options built on the same 18-credit MBA Core and taught by the same RCB faculty. The 36-credit and 30-credit options use Concentrations and graduate business electives for customization, while the distinct 36-credit STEM MBA adds STEM-designated coursework requirements.36-Credit MBA Option
The 36-credit MBA combines the 18-credit MBA Core with 18 credits of Concentration and elective coursework. Students complete either two Concentrations or one Concentration plus three graduate business electives, allowing additional customization around academic and professional priorities.
The 36-credit option also supports approved accelerated and shared-credit MBA pathways.
30-Credit MBA Option
The 30-credit MBA combines the 18-credit MBA Core with one 9-credit Concentration and one 3-credit graduate business elective. It offers a focused structure for students who want to center the MBA around one primary area of specialization while retaining one elective for targeted study.
STEM MBA
The distinct 36-credit STEM MBA builds on the same 18-credit MBA Core and requires at least 18 credits of STEM-designated coursework. It is designed for professionals who want to combine broad business capabilities with sustained quantitative, analytical, and technology-enabled study.

Graduate Certificates
Graduate certificates provide focused study in defined business areas for professionals seeking a stand-alone credential, targeted professional development, or a potential foundation for later graduate study.Certificates of Graduate Study (COGS)
Certificates of Graduate Study provide focused graduate-level study and can stand alone as credentials. Some COGS coursework may also support later graduate study, subject to the admission and curriculum requirements of the selected degree.
Certificates of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS)
Certificates of Advanced Graduate Study are designed for students who already hold a graduate degree and want advanced study in a targeted business area.
Bachelor’s-to-Master’s Accelerated Pathways
Rowan’s Bachelor’s-to-Master’s Accelerated Dual Degrees (ADDs), commonly known as 4+1 programs, connect selected undergraduate majors with the MBA or M.S. in Finance. Eligible students may begin approved graduate coursework while completing the bachelor’s degree.

Graduate and Professional Accelerated Pathways
Graduate and Professional Accelerated Pathways coordinate Graduate Business education with another Rowan graduate degree, professional degree, or approved graduate credential.
