B.S. Human resource Management

Human resource management consists of planned organizational activities designed to improve employee efficiency and equity, such as staffing, compensation, and training.

This major should be of interest to students pursuing careers as human resource managers, as well as to those who anticipate that they will someday be responsible for making hiring, performance appraisal, and pay decisions. Students working toward a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management must maintain a 2.00 grade point average overall and a 2.50 grade point average in all business courses taken.
