Yide Shen is an Associate Professor of MIS in the Rohrer College of Business at Rowan University. Her current research centers on three themes: leadership in agile software development teams, individual decision-making in IT project, and information systems pedagogy. Her research is published in Decision Support Systems, Journal of Systems and Software, International Journal of e-Collaboration, Journal of Information Systems Education, and International Journal of Information and Communication Technology in Education, as well as in the proceedings of various national and international conferences. Her current teaching interests include introductory courses in MIS, Project Management, and Enterprise Resource Planning systems. Dr. Shen was elected to Wall of Fame for Teaching Excellence 2015. She is advisor to MIS minors and faculty advisor to the MIS Club.
