Yide Shen is an Associate Professor of Information Systems & Analytics in the Rohrer College of Business at Rowan University. Her current research focuses on leadership in agile software development and information systems pedagogy. Her research is published in Decision Support Systems, Rutgers Business Review, Journal of Systems and Software, International Journal of e-Collaboration, and Journal of Information Systems Education, as well as in the proceedings of various national and international conferences. She serves as a senior editorial board member for the Journal of Information Systems Education. Her current teaching interests include introductory courses in MIS and Project Management. Dr. Shen was elected to the Wall of Fame for Teaching Excellence 2015. She is the faculty advisor to the MIS Club.
