Biography

Dr. Wu’s primary research interests include social media marketing, interactions between employees and customers, cross-culture marketing, and celebrity endorsement. She has presented her research at several conferences including the Academy of Marketing Science and the Society for Marketing Advances. Currently, she serves as the proceeding editor for the Academy of Marketing Science conferences. At Rowan, Dr. Wu currently teaches International Marketing and Research Methods in Marketing.
