Biography

Karen Teller joined Rowan University in December 2007, and the William G. Rohrer College of Business (RCB) in September 2013. In her role as Assistant Director for Marketing and Events, she manages four social media channels, designs and maintains the college website, and manages and executes events for students and external constituents including the RCB commencement ceremony, the regional Mid-Atlantic Association of Colleges of Business (MAACBA) Conference in 2018, and the RCB 50th Anniversary Gala in 2023. She is a member of several organizations at Rowan including the Women and Gender Studies Committee, the Commencement Committee, the Homecoming Committee, and the Women’s ACE Network. She also participates in organizations outside of Rowan including AACSB, AMA, and serves on the board of Homeward Bound Pet Adoption Center, the largest no-kill shelter in New Jersey. Ms. Teller holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies, a Master of Arts in Writing, and is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Educational Leadership.
