Biography

Dr. Rudin is the coordinator of both the Human Resource Management minor and Certificate of Undergraduate Studies in Training and Development. He co-advises the student chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management, which co-hosts an annual Career Fair. He has a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Cornell University and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources. He is also the founding editor of the Journal of Workplace Rights.
