Biography
Myeongho David Park is an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship at Rowan University and holds a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship from Oklahoma State University. His research focuses on strategic entrepreneurship, stakeholder theory, institutional entrepreneurship, and employee mobility. In particular, Dr. Park examines how institutions shape stakeholder management in startups and how organizations’ strategic human capital influences firms’ non-economic performance. He currently teaches entrepreneurship courses in the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Rowan University.
