Biography

Debra Mulville serves as a Career Development Associate with the Center for Professional Development at the William G. Rohrer College of Business at Rowan University, where she provides career coaching and professional development support to business students. In her role, she works with students on resume and cover letter development, interview preparation, job and internship search strategies, networking, LinkedIn optimization, and overall career readiness.

Debra brings more than 25 years of experience in business management, training and development, human resources, and talent acquisition, including extensive experience in the corporate financial services industry. Throughout her career, she has designed and facilitated training programs, coached employees and leaders, supported talent acquisition initiatives, and developed learning and professional development programs.

A member of the Rowan University community for more than six years, Debra spent five years with the College of Education and also has experience in higher education admissions and student recruitment. Her background in education and business provides a unique perspective on helping students connect their academic experiences to their professional goals.
