Biography

Saravanan Kuppusamy (SK) holds a PhD in Operations Management from the University of Cincinnati. Prior to PhD, SK was employed for several years in multiple industry verticals including logistics, construction/agricultural equipment manufacturing, and consumer packaged goods. His research interests include sustainable operations, supply chain, inventory management and transportation. SK has published research papers in journals such as European Journal of Operational Research, International Journal of Production Research and Computers & Operations Research. At Rowan, he teaches global supply chain, supply chain analytics, and business logistics. Before joining Rowan, SK taught at Quinnipiac University for four years.
