Biography

Shih-Hui (Steven) Hsiao holds a PhD in Decision Science and Information Systems from the University of Kentucky. His current research interests include social media analytics, text mining, and online social network. Dr. Hsiao’s researches have been published in leading academic journals such as Journal of the American Society for Information Science and Technology, Decision Support Systems, and Industrial Marketing Management. Dr. Hsiao has taught a wide range of Business Analytics course such as Data Mining, Business Intelligence, and Data Science. Dr. Hsiao is an open-minded researcher seeking to apply Data Analytics techniques to solve different business problems.
