Biography
Andrea Farro received her PhD in Management – Organizational Behavior from the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University. Dr. Farro’s research interests include leadership, gender, teams, and misconduct in organizations. To date, her work has been published in such journals as the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Relations, The Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Management Education, and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion: An International Journal. She has taught undergraduate courses including Introductory Management Perspectives, Organizational Behavior, Leadership & Supervision, and Business Policy and she facilitates two leadership workshops for the Leadership Development Institute at Rowan University. Additionally, Dr. Farro co-owns and operates a local farm that manages over 150 acres.
