Biography
Dr. Espinosa’s primary research interests lie in problems that occur on both sides of front-line transactions between companies and customers, including brand image formation, brand love and product returns. Dr. Espinosa’s research has been published in the
Journal of Business Research, the
Journal of Product and Brand Management, the
International Journal of Logistics Management and
the
International Journal of Value Chain Management. Dr. Espinosa’s won a 2020 Emerald Literati Award for her
Exploring the processing of product returns from a complex adaptive perspective article published in the
International Journal of Logistics Management. Dr. Espinosa has presented her research at prominent marketing conferences, including the
Academy of Marketing Science Annual Conference, the
American Marketing Association’s Winter Educator’s Conference, the
Society for Marketing Advances Annual Conference, and at specialty conferences, including the
Council for Supply Chain Management Professional’s Educator’s Conference and the
Conference of Historical Analyses and Research in Marketing. At Rowan University, Dr. Espinosa currently teaches Basic Marketing Research Methods, Consumer Behavior and Online Consumer Behavior.
