Biography

Mike holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University. His research interests include servant leadership behaviors and practices in entrepreneurial environments, and organizational processes. A South Jersey native, Mike’s 30-plus years of experience as an engineer, manager, and entrepreneur includes leadership roles with General Electric and Lockheed Martin. He co-founded his first technology startup company in 1999, a software-as-a-service firm which was later acquired by a publicly owned strategic partner. He also founded another technology services consulting firm, from which he continues to serve clients in aerospace, defense, and software industries.
