Volunteer Income Tax Assistance

We are very sorry to announce that effective immediately, the Rowan University VITA site will no longer be operational for the balance of this 2020 tax season.  Beginning on Monday, March 16, the University will limit all off-campus visitors.  While there are no known cases of Corona virus on our campus at this time, this policy is being implemented in order to minimize the risk to the campus community from the COVID-19 (Corona virus).

We apologize for the inconvenience that this may create for you, and would encourage you to locate an alternative VITA center in our area.  Please visit  to find an alternate VITA location near you.

Rowan University business students are offering assistance with federal and state income tax preparation for qualified area residents through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program.

Appointments are now being accepted for the service through Saturday, April 13th. To make an appointment, call 856-256-4039 or email
