RCB offers a volunteer mentoring program to work in conjunction with Project Based Learning. Mentors are asked to share their expertise and give advice to students as they are working on a project in order to increase the quality and outcome. A mentor’s commitment can be as much or as little as your schedule allows. Students will meet with a mentor at their convenience and at a mutually agreed upon location. The beauty of this program is that we are able to have a marketing mentor, accounting mentor and HR mentor all working with the same team to develop the project from all aspects.
