RCB Fellowship Program
Make an Impact. Channel Your Drive for Growth and Achievement. Become a Rohrer College of Business Fellow.
Rohrer College of Business (RCB) is proud to invite prospective and current students to apply to the RCB Fellowship Program, made possible through the generosity of the William G. Rohrer Charitable Foundation.
The RCB Fellowship Program
RCB Fellowships pair high-achieving and self-directed learners with scholarship funding and mentorship to fuel growth for MBA and MS Finance students. Fellowships build relationships across the RCB ecosystem to make a positive impact on businesses and communities locally, regionally, nationally, and even internationally.

Who Can Become an RCB Fellow
The Fellowships are open to prospective and current MBA and MS Finance students. All Fellows must ultimately be enrolled in an MBA or MSF program.
RCB encourages Rowan University graduate students—prospective and current—from other disciplines, such as medicine, nursing, engineering, innovation and entrepreneurship, education, military, and more, to apply. By pursuing an MBA and/or MS Finance degree, Fellows from other disciplines can enhance their career trajectory and empower their drive to become change agents in their fields.
Benefits of Pursuing a Fellowship at RCB
Fellows receive a tuition scholarship commensurate with the scale and scope of their initiatives. They also access focused mentoring and actionable opportunities for exponential growth. Initiatives help Fellows cultivate the tools that will empower them for maximal career impact upon graduation.

Fellowships Are Flexible
Fellows commit to leading a significant initiative, or set of initiatives, each semester. Some Fellows will work on long‐term or short-term Social impact Projects (SIPs) that incorporate Fellowship duties throughout every semester of study through graduation. Other Fellows will commit on a semester‐by‐semester basis, balancing their initiative(s) with their career, family, and graduate studies commitments.
RCB offers a tuition scholarship commensurate with the level of the initiative(s) a Fellow chooses.
Awards
- Awards range from $500 to $30,000, per student, in total.
- Awards are distributed semester-by-semester, based on credits enrolled, Social Impact Projects being pursued, and individual Fellow Award agreement details.
- The Award granted will be applied directly to tuition and fees.
Projects
Fellows have options for the type of Social Impact Projects (SIPs) they pursue. All Fellows take an active lead in defined initiatives with an established RCB partner organization of their choice. After successfully completing a SIP with a partner organization, Fellows can potentially design their own custom-built SIP initiative if they have an area of interest outside of the predefined projects with RCB partners. The common thread is that Fellow initiatives respond to crucial social needs while simultaneously addressing business-related issues.
