What is it?

Galvin Professional Closet:

A closet stocked with new and gently used professional clothing for business students to shop year-round. All items are free for students to keep.

Galvin Dress for Success Program:

The Dress for Success Program is a needs-based initiative where students can win a J. Crew suit valued at $450. Each year, 30 students will be outfitted in a new suit. Applications are accepted bi-annually in the spring and fall.

How it Started

When Anthony J. “Tony” Galvin walked into Business Hall on Nov. 13 for the launch of the Galvin Dress for Success Program and Professional Closet. He saw himself in the students gathered around him – smart, ambitious, ready to chase their dreams.

Many had everything they needed to succeed – except a great suit.
